When Confrontations Threaten Your Business

Many crisis can threaten the livelihood of a company. And the biggest strain is often the human factor, which involves stress and frustration in each parties. How to avoid reaching that point. How to deescalate critical conflict which could blow out of proportion. How to stay in a mental comfort zone while having to deal with those situations. Those are some of the techniques your trainer will teach you during the seminar with a very concrete hands on approach.

Large account and Corporate sales

After presenting the lay of the land in selling to companies and large accounts, we will introduce you to the sales cycle and its different phases. We will look at tools and technology you can use to manage and focus your sales effort and how to develop your network to detect and find new contract opportunities. The training will be concluded on a session on how to keep in mind the overarching goal of a successful and fulfilling career.

Consumer Sales

You will learn how to overcome fear and develop strength in engaging with individuals towards a successful sale. Detect the buying signals, solve the psychological objections and close the deal while maximizing the amount of the sale. Our trainer uses a lot of psychology to put himself in the prospect shoes, he will share some techniques to achieve this way of thinking.

Corporate Sales

Denis holds a master & postgraduate degree in Ancient Philosophy from la Sorbonne Paris. He joined the Firefighter Brigade of Paris, and while there studied evening management courses. After serving in this French Army Unit 5 years, he studied at the Rotterdam School of Management. He was employee #1 at Myspace.com in 1999 and later went on to create his own startups.

He sold 8M$ worth of software and service contracts to large accounts such as Airbus, Boston Consulting Group, Danone, Schering-Plough and the Israeli Government.

An entrepreneur himself, he was trained in the corporate insurance business and in the US to the selling to Zebras and customer solution methods in the USA.

Conflict Management

Sonja is our licensed mediator and has 20 years of management experience, including being a CEO in tough sectors. She's an expert in managing work relationships and efficiently dealing with workers, lawyers, accountants and the state administration. She successfully recognized and solved conflicts that were jeopardizing the business to the point that it could have lead to the company’s death. Human factors, acting strategically and performing under pressure in those heated situation is the heart of the matter. She will teach you concrete strategies and tactics to align people and counterparties towards actions and goals benefiting your company.

Cultural diversity in mind

Sonja worked in DACH countries as well as France and the UK and managed very international workforces. She will stress our cultural differences are a key parameter in the mediation process.

Coming from a scientific background in physics and engineering, Frank has more than 20 years experience selling to individuals and family in very various settings. Overachieving his quota and being #1 sales man for 15 years in different and hard industries such as engineering, insurances and construction. He's an expert in door to door sales, initial contacts and dealing with angry or dissatisfied customers. As successful sales team leader he knows how to motivate employees to deliver optimal results and has excellent communication skills to get his messages across.

Organization

Working over a decade in 5-star hotels, Rebecca is a specialist in organization and client service.

She's a mother of two, and with her calming influence on everybody an important part of our conflict management. Furthermore she's responsible for the organization of sales trainings and external events.
